Getting Started

Sign up, connect WhatsApp or Telegram, and your coach starts a short conversation to understand your goals, constraints, and equipment. Your first calibrated sessions arrive once that conversation is complete.

WhatsApp and Telegram. You choose during signup.

No. You tell your coach what you have. Full gym, a bench and dumbbells at home, or bodyweight only. The program uses what's available.

A few minutes. Your coach has a natural back-and-forth. No long forms.

Workouts

Your coach writes a weekly program. Every Sunday evening, next week's sessions arrive. The program evolves based on what you share during the week.

No problem. You decide when to train. If you haven't checked in mid-week, your coach reaches out to see how things are going.

Yes. Just ask in the chat. Your coach substitutes based on your constraints, goals, and what you have access to.

Your coach reads your session feedback and tracks your cumulative load week over week. When fatigue builds past safe limits, a deload week is programmed in automatically.

Billing

$59/month, everything included. No tiers, no upsells.

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. Email us or just ask in the chat.

Visa, Mastercard, Amex via Stripe. We never store card details.

Account

Go to Account Settings in your dashboard to update your email address.

Yes. Contact us or use the Account Settings page. All data is permanently deleted per GDPR.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and in transit. We're GDPR-compliant. Export or delete anytime from your account.
